-Purchasing of Items
Interested? Send us an email at ensui.wingz@gmail.com, or comment on post for that particular release. Do give us your contact number, and address (if you want postage for that item) and email (if you used comments). We will send you an invoice to confirm your order and you will have to reply to confirm.
Meetups are available of course! Three meeting places available- Dhoby Ghaut Mrt Station, Ang Mo Kio Mrt Station, and Bugis Mrt Station (Singapore only). Timing is subject to agreement.
Last Minute Cancellations are NOT entertained. If you agreed to buy after recieving the invoice, and back out after that, we will post your name and number on the black list. Unless you have a valid reason and we accept it, otherwise three strikes and you're out.
-Pricing
All prices are in SGD excluding shipping. Overseas customers please note that shipping is charged separately.
-Reservation of Items
We allow reservations to be made, but if confirmation of transaction is not made within 1 week, we will release the status of the item. Again if you do this too often, you will also be blacklisted.
-Payment Methods
We accept cash for meetups and bank transfers for postage. Do note that bank transfers have to be done before we send out the items. If you do not feel comfortable with bank transferring first, please choose the meetup option. For Overseas customers, we will only accept concealed cash. (Very sorry, as Paypal has given me quite a scare, and i'm reluctant to use it again.)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
-Damaged Products
We will not be responsible for the damage of items after the transactions. All products are checked thoroughly and any queries should already be answered in the email correspondence.
